Bu Y\u00f6netmelik Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kurulu\u015f ve g\u00f6revleri hakk\u0131ndaki 2996 say\u0131l\u0131 Yasan\u0131n baz\u0131 maddelerinin de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi ve bu Kanuna baz\u0131 maddeler eklenmesine dair 4910 say\u0131l\u0131 Yasan\u0131n 11. maddesine dayan\u0131larak haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p><p><b>Deyimler<\/b><br \/>Madde 3 &#8211; Aksi Meslek Lisesinin ama\u00e7 ve g\u00f6revi, T\u00fcrk Milli E\u011fitiminin genel ama\u00e7lar\u0131na ve temel ilkelerine uygun olarak;<\/span><\/p><p>a.\u00d6\u011frencileri bilgi ve yetenekleri do\u011frultusunda hem mesle\u011fe hem de y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenime haz\u0131rlayan programlar ile Bakanl\u0131\u011fa temel personel yeti\u015ftirmek,<br \/>b. B\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6\u011frencilere orta \u00f6\u011fretim seviyesinde asgari ortak bir genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr vermek suretiyle onlara ki\u015fi ve toplum problemlerini tan\u0131mak, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm yollar\u0131n\u0131 aramak ve yurdun ekonomik, sosyal ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel kalk\u0131nmas\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmak bilincini ve g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kazand\u0131rmak,<\/p><p><b>Kurulu\u015f<\/b><br \/>Madde 5 &#8211; Maliye Meslek Lisesi, Temel E\u011fitim II. kademeye dayal\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131l s\u00fcreli orta d\u00fczeyde uzmanl\u0131k e\u011fitimi veren ve \u00f6\u011frencilerini hem mesle\u011fe hemde y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenime haz\u0131rlayan programlar uygulayan bir meslek okuludur.<\/p><p>Madde 6 &#8211; Okul paras\u0131z ve yat\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Okulu bitirenler Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6sterece\u011fi yerlerde \u00f6\u011frenim s\u00fcreleri kadar (Tatiller dahil) zorunlu hizmette bulunmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcrler. Y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenime devam edenler y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini mezun olduktan sonra yerine getirebilirler.<br \/>Askerlikte ge\u00e7en s\u00fcre zorunlu hizmetten say\u0131lmaz.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><b>\u00dc\u00c7\u00dcNC\u00dc B\u00d6L\u00dcM<br \/>Y\u00d6NET\u0130M<\/b><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Personel, G\u00f6rev, Yetki ve Sorumluluklar<\/b><br \/>Madde 7 &#8211; Okul personelinin say\u0131 ve nitelikleri Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a tesbit edilir ve bunlar y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckteki yasa ve y\u00f6netmeliklere g\u00f6re atan\u0131rlar.<br \/>Okul personeli ve \u00fcnvanlar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da belirtilmi\u015ftir.<br \/>&#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr,<br \/>&#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131,<br \/>&#8211; \u00d6\u011fretmenler,<br \/>&#8211; Di\u011fer Personel<\/p><p><b>M\u00fcd\u00fcr<\/b><br \/>Madde 8 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr okulu y\u00f6netir ve temsil eder. M\u00fcd\u00fcr, okulun y\u00f6netim e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim i\u015flerini yasa, t\u00fcz\u00fck, y\u00f6netmelik ve programlar\u0131n ama\u00e7 ve ilkelerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. M\u00fcd\u00fcr, okul bina ve e\u015fyas\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131n\u0131, iyi kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Okuldaki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 planlamaya, y\u00fcr\u00fctmeye, g\u00f6revlileri denetlemeye yetkili ve bu hizmetlerden birinci derecede sorumludur.<\/p><p>Madde 9 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn ba\u015fl\u0131ca g\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluk alanlar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>a) Ara\u015ft\u0131rma-Planlama,<br \/>b) Y\u00fcr\u00fctme;<br \/>c) \u0130zleme, Rehberlik, Denetleme ve De\u011ferlendirme.<\/p><p><b>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma, Planlama<\/b><br \/>Madde 10 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr e\u011fitim, \u00f6\u011fretim ve y\u00f6netimin verimlili\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bu konuda s\u00fcrekli geli\u015fme i\u00e7in gerekli ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferlendirilmesini sa\u011flar.<\/p><p>Madde 11 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr; okuldaki b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131, \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda ilgililerle i\u015fbirli\u011fi yaparak planlar ve d\u00fczenler. Ayr\u0131ca, okulun geli\u015fmesi konusunda uzun d\u00f6nemli bir plan haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131, her \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda bu plan\u0131n g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilmesini, yerine getirilen hususlar ile yeni hedeflerin tesbit edilmesini sa\u011flar.<\/p><p><b>Y\u00fcr\u00fctme<\/b><br \/>Madde 12 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fctme g\u00f6revlerinden ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>a) \u00d6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015flamadan \u00f6nce, ilgililerin de g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc alarak \u00f6\u011fretmenlere okutacaklar\u0131 dersleri uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131, e\u011fitimin en etkili ve verimli y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesini sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak ilgililere bildirir, m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 aras\u0131nda g\u00f6rev taksimi yapar.<br \/>b) Y\u0131ll\u0131k ders plan\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve bunlara g\u00f6re ders ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n uyumlu bi\u00e7imde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in ilgili \u00f6\u011fretmenler ile toplant\u0131lar\u0131n zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar ve toplant\u0131 karar\u0131 tutanaklar\u0131n\u0131 inceler, de\u011ferlendirir, gere\u011fini yapar ve dosyas\u0131nda saklar.<br \/>c) \u00d6\u011fretmenlerden derslerin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilk hafta i\u00e7inde sorumlu olduklar\u0131 ders ve uygulamalar\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k planlar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131r, inceler, gerekiyorsa de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yapt\u0131r\u0131r, onaylar bir \u00f6rne\u011fini geri verir, asl\u0131n\u0131 dosyas\u0131nda saklar.<br \/>d) Okulun dersli\u011fi, laboratuvar\u0131, kitapl\u0131\u011f\u0131, spor salonu ve benzeri tesislerini; hizmete haz\u0131r bulundurur. Eksikliklerin tamamlanmas\u0131n\u0131, bunlardan \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frencilerin en geni\u015f \u015fekilde yararlanmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve bu i\u015fin s\u00fcreklili\u011fini sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6nlemler al\u0131r.<br \/>e) E\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek, etkili ve verimli hale getirmek amac\u0131yla \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulunu toplant\u0131ya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131r. Bu toplant\u0131lara gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hallerde ba\u015fkanl\u0131k eder. Bu kurullar\u0131n kararlar\u0131 M\u00fcd\u00fcr onay\u0131ndan sonra uygulan\u0131r. M\u00fcd\u00fcr bunlardan gerekli g\u00f6rd\u00fcklerini \u00fcst makamlara bildirir.<br \/>f) Haftal\u0131k ders program\u0131, g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00e7izelgesi, m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131yla \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin n\u00f6bet \u00e7izelgelerinin d\u00fczenlenmesini sa\u011flar, onaylayarak uygulamaya koyar. Haftal\u0131k ders programlar\u0131nda yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fiklikler, \u00f6nemli bir neden olmad\u0131k\u00e7a hafta ba\u015flar\u0131nda uygulamaya konur. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklikler \u00f6\u011fretmen ve \u00f6\u011frencilere zaman\u0131nda duyurulur.<br \/>E\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim ilkelerine uygun olarak d\u00fczenlenecek haftal\u0131k ders program\u0131nda, dersler haftan\u0131n g\u00fcnlerine dengeli bir \u015fekilde da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenlere zorunluluk olmad\u0131k\u00e7a bir g\u00fcnde alt\u0131 saatten fazla ders verilmez.<br \/>g) B\u00fct\u00fcn s\u0131navlar\u0131 ilgili y\u00f6netmelik ve emirler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde d\u00fczenler. Her g\u00f6revli bu ama\u00e7la kendisine okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan verilen g\u00f6revlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ayr\u0131ca sorumludur.<\/p><p>Madde 18 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr, okul hizmet ve faaliyetlerinin yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in yetkisini kullanarak verdi\u011fi emir ve direktiflerin sonucundan ve mevzuata ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareketlerinden dolay\u0131 Bakanl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 sorumludur.<br \/>M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131<\/p><p>Madde 19 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 okulun y\u00f6netiminde M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn en yak\u0131n yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fitim, \u00f6\u011fretim ve y\u00f6netim i\u015flerinin planl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ve ama\u00e7lara uygun olarak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmesinden sorumludur.<\/p><p>Madde 20 &#8211; M\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6revlerinden ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>a) \u00d6\u011frencilerin kay\u0131t-kabul, e\u011fitim, devam, izin, s\u0131nav, askerlik ve bunlarla ilgili defter, dosya ve belgeleri usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlemek ve saklanmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>b) Toplant\u0131, gezi, t\u00f6ren gibi faaliyetlerin d\u00fczenlenmesinde kendisine verilen i\u015fleri usul\u00fcne uygun \u015fekilde yapmak.<br \/>c) Okulun bina, tesis, ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7lerin tertip, d\u00fczen, temizlik, bak\u0131m ve korunmas\u0131yla ilgilenmek ve onlar\u0131n her an kullan\u0131l\u0131r halde bulunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>d) Okulun disiplin kuruluna ba\u015fkanl\u0131k etmek; bu s\u0131fatla disiplin i\u015flerini d\u00fczene koymak; y\u00fcr\u00fctmek ve M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn havale etti\u011fi konular\u0131 inceleyip sonu\u00e7land\u0131rmak i\u00e7in ilgilileri g\u00f6reve \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmak; disiplin kurulu kararlar\u0131 ile ilgili b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u015flemleri tamamlamak.<br \/>e) \u00d6\u011fretmen, memur ve di\u011fer personelin devam-devams\u0131zl\u0131k defter ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n tutulmas\u0131n\u0131, ders g\u00f6revi \u00fccretleri ile mesai ve yan \u00f6demelerle tahakkuk \u00e7izelgesine esas belgelerin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>f) Not \u00e7izelgelerini \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden zaman\u0131nda alarak M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn onay\u0131na sunmak \u00fczere incelemek, notlar\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131f ge\u00e7me defterine ve karnelere i\u015flenmesini, y\u0131l sonu \u00f6\u011fretmenler kurulu kararlar\u0131na g\u00f6re gerekli i\u015flemlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 ve kay\u0131tlar\u0131n tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>g) M\u00fcd\u00fcr &#8220;verile \u00fcst\u00fc&#8221; g\u00f6revini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde verildi\u011finde gider ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirme memurlu\u011fu g\u00f6revini yapmak.<br \/>h) Okulun sat\u0131n alma i\u015flerinde m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcn verdi\u011fi g\u00f6revleri yapmak.<br \/>\u0131) Haz\u0131rlanacak n\u00f6bet \u00e7izelgesine g\u00f6re n\u00f6bet tutmak.<br \/>j) S\u0131n\u0131f yoklama defterini ve fi\u015flerini g\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcne inceler, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin derslere girip girmediklerini takip etmek, derse girmeyen \u00f6\u011fretmenleri yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak m\u00fcd\u00fcre iletmek.\u00d6\u011frenci yoklamalar\u0131n\u0131 yapmak ve gerekli \u00f6nlemleri almak, okula gelmeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin velileriyle yaz\u0131\u015fma sa\u011flamak.<br \/>k) \u00d6\u011frencilerle yak\u0131ndan ilgilenmek. Bu suretle \u00f6\u011frencilerin iyi giyinmelerini, dolap ve \u00e7ekmecelerin temiz tutulmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak. Tav\u0131r ve hareketlerini kontrol etmek.<br \/>l) Yemek listelerinin y\u00f6netmelikteki esaslara g\u00f6re d\u00fczenlenmesini, yemeklerin iyi bir \u015fekilde pi\u015firilmesini, yemekhane, mutfak, kiler, bula\u015f\u0131khane vb.nin temizlik ve d\u00fczenine ait i\u015fleri kontrol etmek.<br \/>m) Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ve Milli E\u011fitim M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne g\u00f6nderilecek her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00e7izelge, defter ve diplomalar\u0131 haz\u0131rlamak, zaman\u0131nda ilgili yerlerde bulunmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>n) Okulun muayene komisyonuna ba\u015fkanl\u0131k etmek. Okula al\u0131nan ve e\u015fyalar\u0131n numune ve \u015fartnamesine uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na ayniyat memur ve \u00fcyelerinden en az biriyle inceleyip gere\u011fini yapmak.<br \/>o) \u00d6\u011frenci velilerine bildirilmesi gerekli olan konularda M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck kanal\u0131yla yaz\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>p) \u00d6\u011frencilerin askerlikle ilgili yoklama ve erteleme i\u015flemlerinin zaman\u0131nda yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, erteleme hakk\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden \u00f6\u011frencilerin kay\u0131tl\u0131 bulunduklar\u0131 askerlik \u015fubelerine bildirilmesini sa\u011flamak.<\/p><p><b>\u00d6\u011fretmenler<\/b><br \/>Madde 21 &#8211; \u00d6\u011fretmenler kendilerine verilen g\u00f6revleri, T\u00fcrk Milli E\u011fitiminin ama\u00e7lar\u0131na ve temel ilkelerine uygun olarak yasa, t\u00fcz\u00fck, y\u00f6netmelik ve genelgelerle tesbit edilen esaslara g\u00f6re yapmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcrler.<\/p><p>Madde 22 &#8211; \u00d6\u011fretmenlerin g\u00f6revlerinden ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>a) Kendilerine verilen dersleri okutarak bunlara ait ara\u015ft\u0131rma, uygulama ve deneyleri yapmak, \u00f6\u011frencilere yapt\u0131rmak.<br \/>b) Derslerine haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 girmek, derslerin i\u015flenmesinde \u00f6\u011frencilerin yaparak, ya\u015fayarak, inceleyerek ve ara\u015ft\u0131rarak \u00f6\u011frenmelerini sa\u011flamak, e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131ndan konular\u0131n gerekli k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u00e7-gere\u00e7 gibi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc imk\u00e2nlardan yararlan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak.<br \/>c) &#8220;Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na Ba\u011fl\u0131 Ortaokullar ile Orta\u00f6\u011fretim Kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n S\u0131n\u0131f Ge\u00e7me ve \u0130mtihan Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8221; ve genelgelere g\u00f6re kendilerine verilen s\u0131navlarla ilgili g\u00f6revleri yapmak.<br \/>d) Y\u0131ll\u0131k planlara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak verdikleri ders konular\u0131 ile yap\u0131lan deney, \u00f6dev, uygulama, s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve yaz\u0131l\u0131 yoklama vb. \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 her dersin sonunda ilgili deftere a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a yazaraka imza etmek.<br \/>e) Derste \u00f6\u011frenci yoklamas\u0131n\u0131 yaparak ilgili fi\u015fleri i\u015flemek.<br \/>f) Okul idaresinin d\u00fczenleyece\u011fi n\u00f6bet \u00e7izelgesine g\u00f6re n\u00f6bet tutmak.<br \/>g) \u00d6\u011fretmenler Kurulu toplant\u0131lar\u0131na kat\u0131lmak.<br \/>h) Okulun y\u00f6netim i\u015flerine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak.<br \/>\u0131) G\u00f6revlendirildi\u011fi komisyon, e\u011fitici kol ve rehberlik \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na, Milli Bayramlara kat\u0131lmak, verilecek g\u00f6revleri yapmak.<br \/>j) Her \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131nda okutacaklar\u0131 derslerle ilgili birer &#8220;Y\u0131ll\u0131k ders plan\u0131&#8221; haz\u0131rlamak.<br \/>k) Tebli\u011fler dergisini aral\u0131ks\u0131z okumak ve son sayfas\u0131ndaki kendisine ait yeri imzalamak.<br \/>l) \u00d6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde hastal\u0131k, ya da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir \u00f6z\u00fcr dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00f6revine gelmeyenler \u00f6z\u00fcrlerini bir g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde okul y\u00f6netimine haber verirler. \u00d6z\u00fcrlerini bir hafta i\u00e7inde belgelendirmek zorundad\u0131rlar.<br \/>m) \u00d6\u011fretmenlere s\u0131navlar\u0131n devam\u0131 s\u00fcresince ve ders y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde hastal\u0131klar\u0131ndan ba\u015fka ancak pek \u00f6nemli nedenlerle izin verilebilir. Bu izinler i\u00e7in yasalar\u0131n genel h\u00fck\u00fcmleri i\u00e7inde i\u015flem yap\u0131l\u0131r.<br \/>n) \u00d6\u011fretmenler giyim ku\u015famlar\u0131nda sadeli\u011fe \u00f6nem verir. Erkek \u00f6\u011fretmenler sakal ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 derecede uzun sa\u00e7 b\u0131rakamazlar. \u00d6\u011fretmenler okulda, derste ve t\u00f6renlerde ba\u015f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k bulunurlar.<br \/>o) \u00d6\u011fretmenler hi\u00e7 bir suretle \u00f6zel ders veremezler ve dershanelerde g\u00f6rev alamazlar.<br \/>p) \u00d6\u011fretmenler derslik, laboratuvar, okul bah\u00e7esi vb. yerlerde \u00f6\u011frenci kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sigara i\u00e7emezler.<br \/>r) \u00d6\u011fretmenler not defterlerini her zaman yanlar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131rlar. Bunlar\u0131n unvan ve say\u0131lar\u0131 Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a tesbit edilir, atamalar\u0131 usul\u00fcne uygun bir \u015fekilde yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>Madde 27 &#8211; Okulda g\u00f6revlendirilecek di\u011fer personel ve bunlar\u0131n g\u00f6revlerinin ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r.<\/p><p><b>\u0130dare Memuru<\/b><br \/>Madde 28 &#8211; Maliye Meslek Lisesinde bir idare memuru bulunur. \u0130dare memuru en az lise veya dengi meslek okulu mezunlar\u0131 aras\u0131ndan se\u00e7ilir.<\/p><p>Madde 29 &#8211; \u0130dare memurunun g\u00f6revleri \u015funlard\u0131r:<br \/>a) \u0130dare memuru; okul binalar\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fya ve tesislerinin iyi korunmas\u0131ndan ve temizli\u011finden sorumludur. Bu i\u015fleri d\u00fczeninde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcr. M\u00fcd\u00fcr ve yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131ndan alaca\u011f\u0131 emirlere g\u00f6re hareket eder.<br \/>b) Derslik, yemekhane, revir, mutfak, tuvalet ve yatakhane gibi yerlerin ders ara\u00e7 ve gere\u00e7lerinin temizlik i\u015flerini g\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00fcn\u00fcne yapt\u0131r\u0131r.<br \/>c) \u0130dare memuru; okulun demirba\u015f e\u015fya ve ayniyat say\u0131m komisyonu ile muayene komisyonunun tabii \u00fcyesidir.<br \/>d) Okul hizmetlilerinin temizli\u011fini izler, g\u00f6revlerini ay\u0131r\u0131r ve denetler. Ni\u015fanlanan ve evlenen \u00f6\u011frencilerin okulla ili\u015fi\u011fi kesilir ve haklar\u0131nda y\u00fcklenme senedine g\u00f6re gerekli yasal kovu\u015fturma yap\u0131l\u0131r).<\/p><p>Madde 52 &#8211; S\u00f6zl\u00fc s\u0131nav\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131 kazanarak okula girmeyi hak eden \u00f6\u011frencilerden \u00f6rne\u011fe uygun olarak d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f bir taahh\u00fct ve kefalet senedi al\u0131n\u0131r (\u00d6rnek:1).<br \/>Okul idaresince belirtilen tarihe kadar kesin kayd\u0131n\u0131 yapt\u0131rmayanlar\u0131n yerine yedekler (yedek s\u0131ras\u0131na g\u00f6re), \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><b>YED\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<br \/>E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M VE \u00d6\u011eRET\u0130M \u0130\u015eLER\u0130<\/b><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Madde 53 &#8211; Okulda e\u011fitim ve \u00f6\u011fretim \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca orta\u00f6\u011fretim kurumlar\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma takvimi esas al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p><p>Madde 54 &#8211; \u00d6\u011fretim, amaca uygun olarak d\u00fczenlenen m\u00fcfredat program\u0131na g\u00f6re yap\u0131l\u0131r. Ama\u00e7, \u00f6\u011frenciye hayatta gerekli bilgileri vererek, yaparak, kendisine yapt\u0131rarak, derste ve uygulamada \u00f6\u011fretmek ve gere\u011fi kadar beceri kazand\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<br \/>a) \u00d6\u011frencilere yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sevdirmek suretiyle iyi \u00f6\u011frenmeleri sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>b) \u00d6\u011frencilere verilen \u00f6devler ileride kullanabilecekleri hayati bilgi ve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 kazand\u0131rmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>c) \u00d6\u011fretilenler tekrar edilmeli ve tekrarlar o i\u015fi iyi yapmay\u0131 ve ilerletmeyi sa\u011flay\u0131ncaya kadar s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir.<br \/>d) Birbiriyle ilgili konular veya birbirini tamamlayan teorik ve pratik bilgiler ayn\u0131 zamanda ve birbiri ard\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011fretilmelidir.<br \/>e) Dersler i\u00e7in sa\u011flanan aletlerin \u00f6\u011frenciler taraf\u0131ndan iyi kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, kay\u0131p edilmemesi,temiz olarak saklanmas\u0131, sa\u011flanmal\u0131, \u00f6\u011frenciler buna al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<br \/>f) N\u00f6bet\u00e7i \u00f6\u011fretmene yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencilerine s\u0131ra ile n\u00f6bet tutturulur.<\/p><p>Madde 55 &#8211; Okulun t\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencilerinin et\u00fcd ve konferanslara d\u00fczenli olarak devam zorunlulu\u011fu vard\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenler \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayan ya da verilen \u00f6devleri yapmayan veya derse girmeyen \u00f6\u011frencilerin adlar\u0131n\u0131 okul y\u00f6netimine bildirirler.<br \/>\u00d6\u011frencilerin devam\u0131nda yoklama y\u00f6ntemi okul y\u00f6netimince belirlenir.\u00d6z\u00fcrs\u00fcz ve izinsiz olarak ders, et\u00fcd ve konferansa kat\u0131lmayan \u00f6\u011frenclier o g\u00fcn devam etmemi\u015f say\u0131l\u0131rlar.<br \/>Ders s\u00fcreleri 45 dakika, teneff\u00fcsler 15 dakikad\u0131r:<\/p><p>Madde 56 &#8211; Son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencileri mesleki bilgi, beceri ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirmek amac\u0131yla ders kesiminden bir ay \u00f6nce ba\u015flayacak bir yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f uygulamal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yaparlar. Bu uygulama ders kesimine kadar devam eder.<\/p><p>Madde 57 &#8211; Yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f uygulamal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fctme \u015fekli ve ko\u015fullar\u0131 okul m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnce haz\u0131rlanan ve Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n onaylayaca\u011f\u0131 bir programla belirlenir.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><b>SEK\u0130Z\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<br \/>PROGRAMLAR<\/b><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>E\u011fitim Program\u0131<\/b><br \/>Madde 58 &#8211; Okulun e\u011fitim program\u0131, d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc maddede say\u0131lan ama\u00e7 ve g\u00f6revleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek \u00fczere:<br \/>a) \u00d6\u011frencilere temel nitelikte genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr kazand\u0131ran ortak dersleri,<br \/>b) \u00d6\u011frencileri maliye alan\u0131na haz\u0131rlayan meslek dersleri,<br \/>c) \u00d6\u011frencilerin bilgi, beceri ve yeteneklerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan rehberlik ve e\u011fitsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 kapsar.<\/p><p><b>Ortak Dersler<\/b><br \/>Madde 59 &#8211; Ortak dersler \u00f6\u011frencilere temel nitelikte genel k\u00fclt\u00fcr veren ve her \u00f6\u011frencinin almas\u0131 gereken derslerdir. Bu derslerde, Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca haz\u0131rlanan ve b\u00fct\u00fcn programlar i\u00e7in ortak derslerin \u00f6\u011fretim programlar\u0131 uygulan\u0131r ve ders kitaplar\u0131 okutulur.<\/p><p><b>Meslek Dersleri<\/b><br \/>Madde 60 &#8211; Hem mesle\u011fe hem de y\u00fcksek \u00f6\u011frenime haz\u0131rlayan programlar i\u00e7in meslek dersleri, maliye alan\u0131nda orta seviyeli meslek memuru formasyonu kazand\u0131ran derslerdir. Bu derslerin programlar\u0131 Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n onay\u0131ndan sonra uygulan\u0131r.<\/p><p><b>E\u011fitsel \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar<\/b><br \/>Madde 61 &#8211; Rehberlik ve e\u011fitsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, \u00f6\u011frencilerin bilgi, beceri ve ki\u015filiklerini kazanabilmelerini sa\u011flayacak ve \u00f6\u011fretim s\u00fcresince yeteneklerini de\u011ferlendirecek \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalard\u0131r. Tasdikname ile okuldan ayr\u0131lan \u00f6\u011frenciler hakk\u0131nda kanuni tazminat ko\u011fu\u015fturmas\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p><b>\u00d6\u011frenim Belgesi<\/b><br \/>Madde 72 &#8211; \u00d6\u011frencilik hakk\u0131 devam edenlere isterlerse okuldaki \u00f6\u011frenim durumlar\u0131n\u0131 belirtir resmi bir yaz\u0131 verilir.<br \/>Ald\u0131klar\u0131 kay\u0131t \u00f6rneklerini iki defadan fazla kaybedenler, bir dilek\u00e7e ile okul idaresine ba\u015fvururlarsa durumlar\u0131 foto\u011frafl\u0131 bir yaz\u0131 ile istedikleri resmi makamlara bildirilir.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center><b>ONB\u0130R\u0130NC\u0130 B\u00d6L\u00dcM<br \/>YED\u0130RME VE G\u0130YD\u0130RME \u0130\u015eLER\u0130<\/b><\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><b>Yedirme<\/b><br \/>Madde 73 &#8211; Maliye Meslek Lisesine paras\u0131z yat\u0131l\u0131 olarak kabul edilen \u00f6\u011frenciler okulda yedirilir, yat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r ve giydirilirler.<br \/>Okul m\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc, m\u00fcd\u00fcr yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, kadrolu \u00f6\u011fretmenler ve okulda g\u00f6revli kadrolu memur ve yard\u0131mc\u0131 hizmetlilerle \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda dersi olan \u00f6\u011fretmenler g\u00fcnl\u00fck yemek tabelas\u0131na al\u0131narak yedirilirler. Bu ki\u015filere okulun tatild\u00f6nemlerinde de \u00f6\u011fle ve ak\u015fam yeme\u011fi verilir.<br \/>S\u0131navlar s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretmenlerle g\u00f6zetmenlere de \u00f6\u011fle yeme\u011fi verilir.<\/p><p>Madde 74 &#8211; \u00d6\u011frenci, memur ve g\u00f6revlilerden; uzman doktordan ya da sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporuna dayan\u0131larak normal yedek yerine diatetik (Dietli) yemek yeme zorunda olanlara bu t\u00fcr yemek verilir.<\/p><p>Madde 75 &#8211; Yemekhane d\u0131\u015f\u0131na yemek \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmaz ve yemek zamanlar\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yemekhanede kimseye yemek verilmez. Okul revirinde yatan \u00f6\u011frencilerin yemekleri revire g\u00f6nderilir.<\/p><p>Madde 76 &#8211; Okul mutfa\u011f\u0131na tabela d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7 bir yemek sokulmaz, hasta yemekleri hari\u00e7 \u00f6zel yemekler pi\u015firilmez.<\/p><p>Madde 77 &#8211; Yemek listesi ekli 1, 2 ve 3 say\u0131l\u0131 cetvellere g\u00f6re; v\u00fccudu yapan, b\u00fcy\u00fcten, onaran, ayarlayan, enerji veren ve koruyan besinler olmak \u00fczere; mevcut yiyecek stoklar\u0131, s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerin teslim \u015fekli ve tarihleri, mevsim ve iklim durumlar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak d\u00fczenlenir.<\/p><p>Madde 78 &#8211; \u0130nceleme ve gezi amac\u0131yla topluca gidilen yerlerdeki yiyecekler \u00f6\u011frencilere kumanya olarak verilir.<\/p><p>Madde 79 &#8211; \u00d6\u011frencilere, g\u00fcn\u00fcn ko\u015fullar\u0131na g\u00f6re her y\u0131l b\u00fct\u00e7e yasas\u0131ndaki h\u00fckme g\u00f6re Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a tesbitedilen oranlarda har\u00e7l\u0131k verilir.<\/p><p>Madde 80 &#8211; Her \u00f6\u011fretim y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda; son s\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011frencileri, y\u00f6netici, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve gerekli personel ile birlikte bilgi, beceri ve g\u00f6rg\u00fclerini art\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla 15 g\u00fcn Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitim ve dinlenme tesislerinde uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitim ve gezi yaparlar. Bu durum aile, y\u00f6netici ve \u00f6\u011fretmenler taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6\u011frenciler okul rozetinden ba\u015fka rozet, ziynet e\u015fyas\u0131 ve benzeri tak\u0131 takamazlar.<\/p><p>Madde 93 &#8211; Bu Y\u00f6netmelikte yer almayan konularda Milli E\u011fitim Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 orta \u00f6\u011fretimle ilgili y\u00f6netmelik h\u00fck\u00fcmleri uygulan\u0131r.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><center>GE\u00c7\u0130C\u0130 H\u00dcK\u00dcMLER<\/center><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 1 &#8211; Maliye Meslek Lisesinin Kurs b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bitirenlerden ortaokul mezunu bulunanlar, Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n izniyle bu y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girdi\u011fi tarihten itibaren ba\u015fvurduklar\u0131 takdirde &#8220;Maliye Meslek Lisesi Bitirme S\u0131navlar\u0131&#8221;na kabul edilirler.<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 2 &#8211; S\u0131nav, kurs b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc bitiren ortaokul mezunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in, &#8220;Maliye Meslek Lisesi \u00d6\u011fretim Program\u0131n\u0131n her \u00fc\u00e7 s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n meslek ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr derslerinden yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 3 &#8211; Okulun bitirme s\u0131navlar\u0131na girmek isteyenler her y\u0131l Nisan veya Temmuz ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde dilek\u00e7e ile Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u015fvururlar.<br \/>Adaylar\u0131n, dilek\u00e7elerine \u015fu belgeleri ili\u015ftirmeleri gerekmektedir.<br \/>a) N\u00fcfus c\u00fczdan\u0131n\u0131n onanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6rne\u011fi,<br \/>b) Ortaokul ve Maliye Kursu diplomalar\u0131n\u0131n onanm\u0131\u015f \u00f6rne\u011fi,<br \/>c) Yeni \u00e7ekilmi\u015f d\u00f6rt adet vesikal\u0131 foto\u011fraf.\/p&gt;<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 4 &#8211; Okulun bitirme s\u0131navlar\u0131na girme diledi\u011finde bulunanlar\u0131n dilek\u00e7eleri incelendikten sonra, isteklilerden Nisan ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde ba\u015fvurmu\u015f olanlar Haziran d\u00f6neminde, Temmuz ay\u0131 i\u00e7inde ba\u015fvurmu\u015f olanlar da Eyl\u00fcl d\u00f6neminde s\u0131nava al\u0131n\u0131rlar.<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 5 &#8211; Okulun bitirme s\u0131nav\u0131na giren Kurs mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131navlar\u0131, derslerin her s\u0131n\u0131fta okutulan konular\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmakla beraber s\u0131navda her s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 not verilmeyip bir derse \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131ll\u0131k grubu i\u00e7in bir not verilir.<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 6 &#8211; Okulun bitirme s\u0131nav\u0131na girenler, girme\u011fe ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 tarihten itibaren iki y\u0131l i\u00e7inde d\u00f6rt d\u00f6nemde b\u00fct\u00fcn ders gruplar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131 vermek zorundad\u0131rlar. Bu s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde isterlerse baz\u0131 gruplar\u0131n s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131 geriye b\u0131rakabilirler.<br \/>Ancak bir kere ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131 gruplar\u0131n s\u0131nav\u0131na yeniden giremezler.<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 7 &#8211; \u0130ki y\u0131ll\u0131k zaman i\u00e7indeki d\u00f6rt d\u00f6nemde s\u0131navlar\u0131n\u0131 bitirmemi\u015f olanlar okulun diplomas\u0131n\u0131 alma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kaybederler.<br \/>Ancak s\u0131nava ba\u015flad\u0131ktan sonra askere al\u0131nanlar\u0131n askerde ge\u00e7irdikleri s\u00fcre, s\u00f6z konusu iki y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcreye kat\u0131lmaz.<\/p><p>Ge\u00e7ici Madde 8 &#8211; Okulun bitirme s\u0131nav\u0131na girip de ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan Maliye Kursu mezunlar\u0131na &#8220;Maliye Meslek Lisesi Diplomas\u0131&#8221; verilir.
