class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>1920&#8217;lerde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nder Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn Cumhuriyeti kurmas\u0131yla birlikte r\u00f6nesans hareketleri ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kurtulu\u015f Sava\u015f\u0131 ve devam\u0131ndaki yenilik\u00e7i hareketlerin en \u00f6nemlilerinden birisi yine devletin y\u00f6netim yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fi\u015ftirilmesi ve e\u011fitim alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fikliklerdir. Maliye Okulu i\u015fte 1920&#8242; lerde bu yenilik\u00e7i hareketler d\u00f6neminde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nder Atat\u00fcrk&#8217;\u00fcn Maliye Bakan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan kurulan bir yat\u0131l\u0131 okuldur.<\/p>\n<p>Maliye Okulu&#8217;nun kurulmas\u0131nda, Anadolu&#8217;nun yetenekli ve zeki ama mali durumu yeterli olmamas\u0131 nedeniyle okuma imkan\u0131 olmayan gen\u00e7leri belirli s\u0131navlardan ge\u00e7irerek bir merkezde toplamak, bu yetenekli gen\u00e7leri yat\u0131l\u0131 olarak devlet taraf\u0131ndan okutmak ve bu e\u011fitim a\u015famas\u0131nda onlar\u0131 kendi y\u00f6resel davran\u0131\u015f ve al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 olarak kamuda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma, devlete yararl\u0131 olma, kamu yarar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutma gibi ama\u00e7lara y\u00f6neltmek ama\u00e7lar\u0131 \u00f6n planda tutulmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>Maliye Okulu&#8217;nun kurulmas\u0131ndaki bu ama\u00e7lar Cumhuriyet&#8217;in genel ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ile de uyum i\u00e7indedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o d\u00f6nemde Milli E\u011fitim i\u00e7inde gen\u00e7 ve yeni nesilleri e\u011fitmek \u00fczere yat\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmen okullar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yeni T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti kendi y\u00f6netim kadrolar\u0131na bu yat\u0131l\u0131 okullarda yeti\u015ftirmeyi ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Devletin bu yap\u0131s\u0131 aral\u0131klarla 1990&#8242; lara kadar devam etti. Yat\u0131l\u0131 okullardan mezun olan y\u00fcz binlerce \u00f6\u011fretmen ve di\u011fer meslek mensubu \u00fclkemizi bug\u00fcnlere kadar ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131. Maliye Okulu da binlerce Anadolu gencini&nbsp; b\u00fcnyesinde yo\u011furdu. Bu gen\u00e7ler Cumhuriyet&#8217; in&nbsp; yeni kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n finansman\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in kamu menfaatlerini \u00f6n planda tutarak yeti\u015ftirdiler. Devletin paralar\u0131n\u0131 harcarken kendi paralar\u0131n\u0131 harc\u0131yormu\u015f gibi duyarl\u0131, devletin gelirlerini tahsil ederken kendi paralar\u0131n\u0131 topluyormu\u015f gibi s\u0131k\u0131 takip\u00e7i oldular. Kamu g\u00f6revi bu okulun yeti\u015ftirdi\u011fi gen\u00e7lerde daime en \u00f6ndeydi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu gen\u00e7ler kendilerini kamu g\u00f6revi i\u00e7in yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f birer nefer olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu gen\u00e7ler bir \u00e7ok ilki okuduklar\u0131 Maliye Okulunda g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdi. \u00c7o\u011fu Cumhuriyet&#8217;in ba\u015fkenti Ankara&#8217;y\u0131 bu okula gelirken g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdi. \u0130lk tak\u0131m elbiseyi burada giymi\u015f, y\u00fczlerce arkada\u015fla bir arada kalmay\u0131 ruhunu Maliye Okulunda tatm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Bu okulda payla\u015fmay\u0131, \u00f6zveriyi \u00f6\u011frenmi\u015flerdi. Bu okulda d\u00fczenli sinema filmi seyreder, gazete okur olmu\u015flard\u0131. Bu okulda k\u00fclt\u00fcr \u015fokuna u\u011fram\u0131\u015flard\u0131. Bu okul mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n her \u015feyiydi. Bu okul onlarda &#8221; Kamu ruhu&#8221; nu ve &#8220;kamuya hizmet&#8221; bilincini geli\u015ftirmi\u015fti.&nbsp;<span style=\"font-size: inherit; text-align: inherit; background-color: var(--palettecolor7); color: var(--theme-text-color); font-style: var(--fontStyle, inherit); font-weight: var(--fontWeight); letter-spacing: var(--letterSpacing); text-transform: var(--textTransform);\">Maliye Okulu bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye sahip binlerce mezunu yeni Cumhuriyet rejiminin hizmetine sunmu\u015ftur. Bu gen\u00e7ler kendilerine verilen ulvi kamu g\u00f6revini Cumhuriyetten beri onurla yerine getirmeye devam etmektedirler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Maliye Okulu kurulu\u015fundan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar binlerce gen\u00e7 yeti\u015ftirerek Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n emrine sunmu\u015ftur. Bu gen\u00e7ler maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n \u00f6nemli kademeleri olan Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fck, Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, Defterdarl\u0131k, Defterdar Yard\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, Vergi Dairesi M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Vergi Denetmenli\u011fi, Muhasebe M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Malm\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, Hesap Uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, Maliye M\u00fcfetti\u015fli\u011fi, Gelirler Kontrol\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi g\u00f6revleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedirler. Maliye Okulu yaln\u0131z Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fcnyesinde de\u011fil bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, Bakan, Milletvekili, Meclis Ba\u015fkan Vekili, Doktor, Profes\u00f6r, Hakim, Kaymakam, Banka m\u00fcfetti\u015fi, Murak\u0131p, Avukat gibi Devlet kademesinde \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revler y\u00fcklenen elamanlar\u0131 da yeti\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Bir Maliye M\u00fcste\u015far\u0131, kendisine Maliye Okulunun nas\u0131l bir fonksiyon&nbsp; yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde y\u00f6neltilen soruya &#8221; Maliye Okulu kolej gibi bir h\u00fcviyete sahip okuldur. Mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n % 80-90&#8217;\u0131 \u00fcniversiteye girmektedir.&#8221; \u015feklinde cevap vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Maliye Okulu y\u0131llard\u0131r i\u015fte bu \u00f6zelliklere sahip mezunlar\u0131n\u0131 devlet hizmetine sunmaktad\u0131r. Bu okulun mezunlar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131 emeklilik s\u00fcresi doluncaya kadar kamuda hizmet vermektedirler. Mezunlar daha \u00e7ok kamu hizmeti g\u00f6rmeyi, kamuya hizmet etmeyi b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6rev saymaktad\u0131rlar. Bu da alm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 e\u011fitim ve okul terbiyesinin do\u011fal sonucudur.<\/p>\n<p>Bu \u00f6zelliklere sahip Maliye Okulu, baz\u0131 \u00fcst y\u00f6neticilerimiz ve konuyu bilmeyen bir Maliye Bakan\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6nce yat\u0131l\u0131 okul \u00f6zellikleri yok edilerek ulusal okul h\u00fcviyetinden \u00e7\u0131kart\u0131larak mahalli okul h\u00fcviyetine b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, daha sonra \u0130stanbul ve Ankara&#8217;daki okullar kapat\u0131larak yaln\u0131z \u0130zmir&#8217;de bir okul b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu okulunda yat\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi yoktur ve mahalli bir h\u00fcviyette bir okuldur. Bu okul esas Maliye Okulu amac\u0131ndan&nbsp; sapt\u0131r\u0131larak yat\u0131l\u0131 \u00f6zelli\u011fi ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir okul h\u00fcviyetine b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>Peki bu ni\u00e7in yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, Maliye Okulu mezunlar\u0131na yoksa ihtiya\u00e7 m\u0131 kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Yoksa Maliye Okulu mezunlar\u0131 devlete y\u00fck m\u00fc olmu\u015ftur ? Yoksa Maliye Okulu&nbsp; masraflar\u0131 devlet harcamalar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na m\u0131 neden olmu\u015ftur? B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda devletin yat\u0131l\u0131 olarak okutaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenci mi kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Hay\u0131r! Bin defa hay\u0131r! B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7biri olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Devlet Maliyesinin Maliye Okulu mezunlar\u0131na halen ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Maliye Okulunda okumak isteyen binlerce fakir Anadolu genci beklemektedir. Peki okulu kapatma karar\u0131 ni\u00e7in al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r? Bu konu ayr\u0131ca bir yaz\u0131 konusu yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: inherit; text-align: inherit; background-color: var(--palettecolor7); color: var(--theme-text-color); font-style: var(--fontStyle, inherit); font-weight: var(--fontWeight); letter-spacing: var(--letterSpacing); text-transform: var(--textTransform);\">Maliye Okulu daha \u00f6nce de basiretsiz devlet y\u00f6neticilerinin d\u00f6neminde aral\u0131kl\u0131 olarak e\u011fitimine ara vermi\u015f, fakat daha sonra mezunlar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011fundan yeniden a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son elli y\u0131ld\u0131r da e\u011fitimini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. \u015eu anda Maliyenin oldu\u011fu kadar t\u00fcm kamu&nbsp; sekt\u00f6r\u00fc ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bu okulun mezunlar\u0131na ihtiyac\u0131 oldu\u011fu kesindir.
