Ben de \u201cyay\u0131n ve haberle\u015fme\u201d kolu ba\u015fkan\u0131 idim.<\/p><p>G\u00f6revim nedeniyle; okulumuza her sabah g\u00fcnl\u00fck yay\u0131nlanan \u00f6nemli gazeteleri getirerek lokalimize koyup arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n okumalar\u0131na sunar ve de okul i\u00e7i ve d\u0131\u015f\u0131na yay\u0131n yapan pikaptan (plak dinlemekte kullan\u0131lan ara\u00e7), zaman\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan \u015fark\u0131 ve t\u00fcrk\u00fclerini \u00e7alard\u0131m.<\/p><p>Ancak, g\u00f6revimin en zor yan\u0131, siyasi (sa\u011f-sol) i\u00e7erikli \u015fark\u0131 \u201cYar\u0131nlar bizin\u201d ve t\u00fcrk\u00fclerin \u201c\u00e7\u0131rp\u0131n\u0131rd\u0131n Karadeniz\u201d de istenmesiydi. Oysa ki ben, tarafs\u0131z olarak o y\u0131llar\u0131n me\u015fhur olan; \u201cYe\u015fil g\u00f6zlerinden muhabbet kapt\u0131m\u201d, \u201cBir d\u00fcnya yaratt\u0131m yaln\u0131z ikimiz i\u00e7in\u201d, \u201cElbet bir g\u00fcn bulu\u015faca\u011f\u0131z\u201d, \u201cTelgraf\u0131n tellerine ku\u015flar m\u0131 konar\u201d, \u201cKapat g\u00f6zlerini kimse g\u00f6rmesin\u201d, \u201cG\u00f6lgesinde mevsimler\u201d, \u201cSevdan olmasa\u201d, \u201cSon verdim kalbimin i\u015fine\u201d gibi \u015fark\u0131lar\u0131 yay\u0131nlamay\u0131 tercih ediyordum.<\/p><p>Bask\u0131lardan rahats\u0131z oldu\u011fum i\u00e7in, bir s\u00fcre sonra \u201cyay\u0131n ve haberle\u015fme\u201d kolundan istifa ettim.<\/p><p>-Okulda ki baz\u0131 arkada\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131z, mezun olduktan sonra \u201cokul arkada\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131\u201d, \u201chayat arkada\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u201d d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fcler.<\/p><p>-Okulda, \u00e7ok \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131za \u201cinek\u00e7i\u201d derdik (Ben de inek\u00e7iler aras\u0131ndayd\u0131m).<\/p><p>-Okulumuz Ulus\u2019ta, birinci TBMM binas\u0131n\u0131n hemen arkas\u0131nda, Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k Bas\u0131mevi ve Ankara \u0130nzibat B\u00f6lge Komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na giden \u201cMaliye Sokakta\u201d idi.<\/p><p>-Son s\u0131n\u0131fta iken derslerin bitti\u011fi, ancak okulun hen\u00fcz kapanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnlerde \u201ctayinimi nereye istesem\u201d diye de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm zamanlarda bir g\u00fcn, okul idaresinden \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ld\u0131k. Bize, Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Ba\u015fyard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Yener Kalyoncu bey sizi \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor, hemen yan\u0131na gidin dendi. Asl\u0131nda, Yener Kalyoncu bey ikinci s\u0131n\u0131fta \u201cGelir Vergisi Kanunu\u201d dersimize girmi\u015f bir hocam\u0131zd\u0131. Ben, Ahmet Karabulut ve Levent Tekin arkada\u015f\u0131mla birlikte Y. Kalyoncu beyin yan\u0131na vard\u0131k. Hocam\u0131z\u0131n makam\u0131na gitti\u011fimiz zaman bir de ne g\u00f6relim!, m\u00fckemmel donan\u0131ml\u0131, yerler k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 hal\u0131larla d\u00f6\u015fenmi\u015f muhte\u015fem bir mekanda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yordu hocam\u0131z. Etraf\u0131n atmosferini g\u00f6r\u00fcnce, ne kadar \u00f6nemli ve iyi bir yere geldi\u011fimizi fark etmi\u015ftik hemen. Bir s\u00fcre sonra, hocam\u0131z bizi odas\u0131na davet etti. Hal hat\u0131rdan sonra bizlere \u201cSaklam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu not defterini de g\u00f6stererek sizlerin, Gelir Vergisi Kanunu dersine girmi\u015ftim. Dersleriniz m\u00fckemmel, sizleri de seviyorum, bana ba\u011fl\u0131 olan servislerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z\u201d dedi\u011finde, ben hemen kabul etmi\u015ftim. Nas\u0131l kabul etmezdim ki\u2026 \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131n\u0131 ben de \u00e7ok sevmi\u015f ve rahmetli babam \u0130rfan \u00c7evik\u2019in, kulaklar\u0131mda k\u00fcpe gibi ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131m ve \u201cO\u011flum b\u00fcy\u00fck da\u011f\u0131n duman\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck olur\u201d s\u00f6zleri de hemen akl\u0131ma gelivermi\u015fti sanki\u2026 Levent ve Ahmet arkada\u015flar\u0131m mazeretlerine binaen ba\u015fka yerlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015facaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylediler. Daha sonra Y.Kalyoncu bey beni alarak Gelirler Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u201c\u015fimdiki ad\u0131yla Vergi \u0130daresi Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d Vergi Usul Servisinde g\u00f6reve ba\u015flatt\u0131 ve \u015eube M\u00fcd\u00fcrlerine de \u201c\u00f6\u011frencimdir, gerekli dikkat ve ihtimam\u0131 g\u00f6steriniz\u201d diyerek tembih de etmi\u015fti.<\/p><p>-Vergi Usul \u015eubesi\u2019nde g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m y\u0131llarda \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli ki\u015filerle \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131m ve de tan\u0131\u015fma imkan\u0131 buldum. Bu \u00f6nemli ki\u015filer benim maliye konusunda yeti\u015fmemde \u00e7ok emek ve katk\u0131lar\u0131 oldu. Kimler yoktu ki(!!!) D\u00f6nem mezunlar\u0131 olarak mezuniyetimizin 25. y\u0131l\u0131nda Bolu Abant\u2019ta e\u015f ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131m\u0131z oldu\u011fu halde topland\u0131k, bu bulu\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u0131k s\u0131k olmasa da yine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.<\/p><p>-Okulumuzda, alt s\u0131n\u0131flar \u00fcst s\u0131n\u0131flara \u201cabi\u201d diye hitap etmek mecburiyetinde oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, bu hitap \u015fekli mezun olduktan sonra da hep devam etmektedir. Mezunlar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6ylesine kuvvetli ki, yan\u0131m\u0131za tan\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir maliye okullu gelse bilse onunla bir abi gibi ilgilenir ve varsa i\u015fini mutlaka hallederiz.<\/p><p>Evet!, k\u0131ymetli okuyucular\u0131m\u0131z, 12 Eyl\u00fcl 1980 \u00f6ncesi okudu\u011fumuz lise y\u0131llar\u0131m\u0131zda, anarsik ortam\u0131n r\u00fczgarlar\u0131 biz okul gen\u00e7lerini de etkilemi\u015fti. Bu etkiler nedeniyle, aram\u0131zda istemedi\u011fimiz halde s\u00fcrt\u00fc\u015fmeler oldu, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 giden kimi arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z mesle\u011fe giremediler veya mesle\u011fe ba\u015flayan baz\u0131 arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z da daha sonra meslekten at\u0131ld\u0131lar.<\/p><p>Y\u0131llar ge\u00e7tikten sonra, o y\u0131llardaki siyasi \u00e7eki\u015fmelerin ne kadar gereksiz ve tutars\u0131z oldu\u011funu rahatl\u0131kla anlad\u0131k. \u015eimdi ise, sa\u011fc\u0131s\u0131yla-solcusuyla arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z aras\u0131nda ne bir k\u00fcsl\u00fck ne de bir so\u011fukluk var. Bir araya geldi\u011fimiz zaman eski g\u00fcnlerimizi \u201cdalga ge\u00e7erek\u201d g\u00fclerek anlat\u0131yor ve birbirimizle birlikte olmaktan mutlu oluyoruz.<\/p><p>O y\u0131llar\u0131n, ortam\u0131n\u0131 anlatan ve biz gen\u00e7lere a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fiiri ile seslenen (fakat \u015fiirini dahi anlayamad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z) sevgili Okul M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015eemsettin Ataman hocam\u0131z\u0131n(o y\u0131llarda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bizlere 15 Kas\u0131m 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda da\u011f\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131, ancak \u015fiir kitaplar\u0131nda bulunmayan) \u201cGen\u00e7lik \u0130\u00e7in\u201d \u015fiirini, ben de sizlere ve bu g\u00fcn\u00fcn gen\u00e7li\u011fine arma\u011fan ediyor, de\u011ferli hocam\u0131 rahmet ve minnetle an\u0131yorum.<\/p><p>Bu arada, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u201cMaliyle Okulu\u201d mezunu arkada\u015flar\u0131ma, en derin sevgi ve sayg\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131 sunuyor, kendilerini \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fimi ifade etmekten mutluluk duyuyorum.<\/p><p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz gen\u00e7lerine de \u015funlar\u0131 tavsiye ediyorum : \u201cBizim d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz hatalara kesinlikle d\u00fc\u015fmeyiniz, fikirlerinizi kavgayla de\u011fil, bilginizle \u2018bol kitap okuyarak\u2019 savununuz. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fe de\u011fil, mutlaka gelece\u011fe bak\u0131n\u0131z ve gelece\u011finizi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcz. Sizi sizden ba\u015fka kimse d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmez. Zaman su gibi ak\u0131p gidiyor.
