Akademisinden mezun oldu.<\/p><p>Ankara Defterdarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Vergi Kontrol Memuru ve bilahare Maliye Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Stajyer Gelirler Kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc olarak memuriyetine devam etti.<\/p><p>1979 y\u0131l\u0131nda Gelirler Kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc ve 1986 y\u0131l\u0131nda da Gelirler Ba\u015f Kontrol\u00f6r\u00fc oldu. Yirmi be\u015f y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n memuriyet hizmeti sonras\u0131 1993 y\u0131l\u0131nda Gelirler Ba\u015f Kontrol\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden emekliye ayr\u0131larak, Yeminli Mali M\u00fc\u015favir olarak serbest \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na at\u0131ld\u0131. Halen PriceWaterHouseCoopers firmas\u0131nda Vergi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak g\u00f6rev yapmaktad\u0131r.\u00a0<\/p><p>\u0130stanbul \u00dcniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc Mali Hukuk Anabilim Dal\u0131nda master ve doktoras\u0131n\u0131 tamamlayan KAVAK, evli ve iki \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131 olup mesleki konularda \u00e7e\u015fitli dergilerde yay\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f
